Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to
request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn
or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you will have to send an email to us specifying the reason why.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how
and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not
be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage
or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items, discounted items or gift cards.
Store Credit
You will only have 30 days from the date your exchange was approved to keep your store credit
active.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item being exchanged, we will let you
know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved. If approved, you may choose any other
item/clothing available. You will have 30 Days from the approval date to keep your exchange option
valid. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have, and once the
